We’re looking for a new tenant to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Kensal Green/Rise! 😊
The new lease begins on the 15th September, but you can move in an early as the weekend of the 6/7th.
About the room:
The room is a large double on the top floor and comes with a bed, side table, desk and chair, with great storage. You'll have your own private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and extra storage. The top floor also has its own heating regulator.
About the flat:
The flat is spread across two floors with a spacious living room with lovely high ceilings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer and washing machine/dryer.
The flat is located in a quiet residential street, with a Tesco and various restaurants nearby. The big Sainsbury's is a 10-15 minute walk away. Onstreet parking is available with a permit. There are also great transport links, with both Kensal Rise (mildmay line) and Kensal Green (lioness and bakerloo line) a 8-10 minute walk away. We are also serviced by multiple bus routes which can take you anywhere in the city.
Bills:
Bills (internet, water, energy, council tax) are NOT included and come to around £130pp
Who we're looking for:
One Professional female (27-35 years old)
Ideally working a 9-5 schedule
Clean, considerate, and friendly

Confirm you will be able to provide the letting agency with:
- Employment and salary confirmation letter
- Bank statements for the most recent 3 months
- Current/previous Landlord reference
- Copy of passport. If not UK passport holder, also the right to rent shared code
