Cozy Double Room in Kensal Rise

Ahoy Pirate!

We're looking for someone to join our lovely house in Kensal Rise from 15th of October (or anytime from 1st of October if that suits you better :) )

The room is a cozy double room furnished with chest of drawers and built in wardrobe (bed, shelf & table will not be included)

£700 per month including bills!

The house has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a large patio and is on a quiet street.

We are 10/15 min from Kensal Rise overground, Queens Park Tube Station and Kensal Green Tube station.

Various bus routes (including one straight to King's Cross) are a 3 min walk away (at the bottom of the street).

Portobello Market / Notting Hill is only a 20min walk away.

We know and get on with our landlord very well - he's super easy going and easy to communicate with (even brings us chocolates at Xmas!)

Looking for:
- A working professional (no more than 2 or 3 days a week working from home) who is able to provide a letter of employment
- Someone clean, respectful and easy going who is able to commit to a minimum 6 month tenancy with us

You'll be living with 1 guy and 3 gals, all working professionals between the ages of 28 and 35.

We're looking for someone to join our home who wants to contribute to our nice vibe & clean house, someone who is up for a chat, a movie night, a trip to the pub and some fun & giggles - but someone who is equally settled in London and happy to spend time on their own and respectful of everyone's need for privacy.
