Large Double in Kensal Rise Bay Window

This is a large, sunny, south facing double bedroom with a large bay window and two floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobes:

I’m filling my room as I’m moving into a place really near my work. Please excuse the mess!

I’m looking to fill the room by 16th October.

The bed comes with the room and I may be able to leave a few other bits of furniture if you’d like them.

The house:
• Living room
• Garden (very overgrown! Begging for someone who wants to whip it into shape or just enjoy it as it is!)
• Small spare room / utility room (has a single bed in it but is currently mostly used for storage / hanging washing)

Area:
• 5 min walk to Kensal Rise overground
• 10 min walk to a Kensal Green overground and Bakerloo tube line
• Lovely cafes, pubs, charity shops, vintage shops and restaurants nearby
• Canal is a 15min walk away
• Queens Park and Roundwood Park 15-20min walk
• Mini tescos 10min walk / HUGE Sainsbury’s 15 min walk
• Local shops 5min walk, newsagents and health food store
