Our lovely flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over her spacious double room from December 1st.

A bright, airy double room with two wardrobes and a charming decorative fireplace. Our flatmate will be taking the dresser and desk, but the double bed may be available to purchase if you’re interested.

🏡 THE FLAT

We live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area with a cosy TV nook, breakfast bar and all the modern conveniences: dishwasher, washer/dryer, and even a private patio.

You’ll share the larger bathroom, which includes a shower-bath, sink and toilet.

📍 LOCATION

Nestled between Kensal Rise (Overground, 4-minute walk) and Kensal Green (Bakerloo, 8-minute walk), the flat is perfectly connected.

You can be strolling down Portobello Road, hiking Hampstead Heath or shopping at Westfield White City — all within 15 minutes.

The area is full of independent cafés, pubs and bakeries, giving it a village-like feel while still being close to everything.

We’re Juliana (27) and Charlotte (29) — good friends who’ve called this flat home for the past six years. We love cooking together, movie nights and Sunday walks, but we both have busy social lives too.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate and tidy — someone who’ll treat the flat like a home rather than just a place to stay.
