Living with 2 women who are both working professionals who work Monday to Friday. The new potential flatmate should ideally be easy to live with , clean, happy to have a chat and contribute to a nice living space for everyone

The room is £830 per month plus bills which work out to be between £125 -£135 a month depending on month to month usage. So all together around £960 per month

Reference checks are required and you’ll need to sign a contract as the new tenant.
