The room has tons of storage, with two built in wardrobes and a free standing wardrobe. Double glazed window, spacious bathroom with a bath and a large shower as well as an open plan, bright living area.
The flat is located on a quiet road, 4 minutes from Kensal Green (Bakerloo and Lioness line), 8 mins from Kensal Rise (Mildmay) and close to plenty of bus routes. Also 17 minutes from Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury’s.
The flat is owned by a lovely landlady who lives in the area (just 5 mins away) and is super responsive.
The bed is not included however I am planning to sell my furniture so am happy to give you first option.
Sara, the remaining flatmate, is super friendly and chill, working in talent management. We are looking for someone to join the flat who is open and friendly, down for a games night or a glass of wine on an evening.
