You’ll be sharing tenancy with 5 other young professionals. All super friendly, aged between 28-33 and enjoy socialising together as well as doing our own things.

The room itself is bright and very spacious, with east-facing windows that catch the sunrise and sun throughout the day. There is a sink, chest of drawers, clothes rail. The standard furnishings include the bed, sofa, and bedside table. The shower is shared with only one other house mate and has been recently refurbished, with a shower and bath.

The house comprises of:
1 large living room, 1 large communal office space (with desk), 1 dining room next to kitchen, 4 bathrooms – 5 toilets, spacious kitchen and very big garden (which includes a ping-pong table and bbq area).

It’s a cool, but peaceful area, with local shops nearby and the main street with pubs, restaurants and parks just minutes away.

Public transportation is very accessible as Kensal Rise Overground station is 2 mins away, both Kensal Green and Queens Park stations (Bakerloo line) are 10 mins away and bus stops around the corner.

We're really looking for someone who will enjoy our gorgeous house as much as we do. We love doing house dinners and drinks, as well as movie nights but there is never pressure to hang out if you want to be alone!

If you are planning on WFH, please note that there is construction next door (works during the day) and there will be renovations on the coach house in the garden (3 months).

Smoking is fine, so long as it's outside 💙🙏

Room: £937/month + bills (around £110 per person - due to energy bills rising).

Bills include council tax, internet, water, a bi-weekly cleaner for communal spaces and electricity. Council tax av £50pm.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay minimum six months. You must be happy to sign our new tenancy in February.
