Hello! I’m looking for someone to replace me in my beloved Kensal Rise flat from January 1st.

It's a spacious 3 bed flat a 10 min walk from Kensal rise and Kensal Green station. The property is on the first and second floor. There are two bathrooms (both with showers), a large kitchen and a very homey living room

The bedroom available is on the second floor and is the second-largest bedroom. There’s a double bed and space for a desk.

Ive lived here for just over a year with two of my best friends from school. I’m only leaving as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

One flatmate works in social media content for sports and fashion brands and one works in the theatre. We have made the place a home, we love hosting dinner parties and watching shit tv when we get back from work. The room is available from 1st Jan and the rent is £1000pcm and the deposit is £1150. The landlord doesn’t accept universal credit or housing benefit.
