En-suite double room available now in a 3 bed property in Kensal Rise, I am moving out to be closer to work and have lived in the property for 2 and a half years, there are some really nice parks nearby and convenient corner stores, a big Sainsbury's as well as close to a few train stations, Willesden Green on the Jubilee, Kensal Green on Bakerloo and Kensal Rise on the Overground.

Living with 2 women who are both working professionals who work Monday to Friday. The new potential flatmate should ideally be easy to live with , clean, happy to have a chat and contribute to a nice living space for everyone

The room is £830 per month plus bills, internet, water, gas & electric + council tax which work out to be between £125 -£135 a month depending on month to month usage. So all together around £960 per month

Reference checks are required and you’ll need to sign a contract as the new tenant.
