Big beautiful room for rent in a 6-bedroom house with a back garden.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, chests of drawers, a couch and a fireplace.

You share a full bathroom (toilet, bathtub & shower) with one other male roommate, and in the kitchen you share a fridge with one housemate.
There is one big shared living room, a kitchen with a washer & dryer, a dining room, an extra guest bathroom and a big back garden.

Bills are not included and are split equally by everyone in the house. A cleaner comes every two weeks to keep common areas and bathrooms clean.

You’ll be sharing with 5 other young professionals. All friendly, ages 28-35, LGBTQ+ and POC friendly household.

Parking space is available on the drive or you can get a permit for the street.
Public transportation is very accessible - Kensal Rise Overground station is 2 mins away, Queens Park station is 20 mins away walking and bus stops are around the corner.

Smoking is fine, so long as it's outside 💙🙏
