We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely house as one of our housemates is heading off to a new place.

The room is a furnished double bedroom on the first floor at the back of the house, so it’s quiet and gets great natural light. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person which has a full bath tub

There are 4 other people living in the house. We’re a friendly group of professionals working in biotech, photography and media, with a mix of creative and office-based schedules.
We’re a sociable, friendly group who enjoy spending time together when we’re not working, and we occasionally host relaxed dinner nights with friends. We’re definitely not a party house, and we’re respectful of each other’s space. Some of us work from home part-time, while others are in the office five days a week.

The house has:
• A shared living room
• A fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob
• A back garden, perfect in the warmer months

Location & transport:
The house is well located near Kensal Rise, Kensal Green and Willesden Junction, with excellent transport links and plenty of local cafés, pubs and shops nearby.

Rent:
• £650 per month plus bills

We’re looking for someone who is clean, friendly and respectful, and ideally someone who’s up for being more than just housemates - hopefully we can be good friends too
