Furnished Double Room in Friendly House - Kensal Rise Area

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home, as one of us is moving on. Move-in date is flexible around 7th April

The room is a furnished double on the first floor at the back of the house, so it’s quiet and filled with natural light. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other person.

There are four other friendly professionals in the house working in biotech, photography, and media and TV. We’re sociable and enjoy spending time together when we can, including the occasional relaxed dinner night, but we’re definitely not a party house and respect each other’s space. Work patterns are a mix of office-based and part-time WFH.

The house includes:
• Shared living room
• Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob
• Back garden (great in summer)

Location & transport:
Conveniently located near Kensal Rise, Kensal Green, and Willesden Junction, with great transport links and plenty of cafés, pubs, and shops nearby.

Rent:
£650 per month + bills

We’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and respectful - ideally someone who’s up for being more than just housemates.
