Hey girls!

I’m sadly moving out of this gorgeous flat so looking for a new flatmate to join my lovely friend Alina in NW London (Kensal Rise). This isn’t a sublet — I’m looking for take over my lease starting March 14th till August 14th (can be renewed).

💰 Rent: £1100 per month

💷 Bills & council tax: roughly £200–250 per month depending on the season.

The flat is a spacious double-bed, one-bath apartment with high ceilings, a generous living room/kitchen area, and a large balcony/patio with a city view. It’s in a gated, secure building with a lift, located on the top floor.

The area:

• Tesco literally a minute away
• Gym right across the street
• Lots of cafes and restaurants
• 3 nearby tube stations (Kensal Rise, Queens Park, Kensal Green) with Overground and Bakerloo lines
• Plenty of bus stops
• About 30 minutes to central London, and 15 minutes to Notting Hill.

About my flatmate Alina:

She’s 23 working in film. Usually three days in the office and two days from home. She enjoys a good balance of going out and relaxing at home, keeping active, traveling, and hosting friends. Some of her interests include cinema, books, F1, and music.

About you:
Ideally, you are in your 20s who is working (not a student, unless you’re willing to split the council tax), friendly, respectful, and tidy.

We’d appreciate if this is flat of genuine friendship and not just two people living together! We try to have chill and cozy nights during the weekdays, have movie nights with tea/wine frequently, so it would be great if you’re someone who is willing to be my replacement buddy for her
