Hi everyone! I'm just signing onto a lovely two bed flat in Kensal Rise and am looking for a flatmate. It's a first floor flat right by Kensal Rise station - recently refurbished, very light and has great views!
The flat is largely unfurnished - I have some furniture to offer but can be flexible depending on what you need. Rent would be £1,150 excl. bills and you'd sign onto the lease with the management agency. Also happy to discuss who gets which bedroom. The lease would start from 29 May 2026. The deposit would be £1,325. No smokers. Council tax B.
I'm Hannah (28) and a town planner. I tend to be in the office 3 days a week but otherwise WFH. I'm big into swimming (Hampstead ponds anyone), and recently started going to football and ballet (very bad at both). Also love exhibitions, going to the theatre and eating out (although live a sad gluten free life). The classic like to hang out but also do my own thing lol
You'd also be sharing with Speedy - my 10 year-old 3-legged cat. I wouldn't expect you to help look after him or anything you didn't want to do but you're more than welcome to play / hang out with him - he loves company and he's a bit of a couch potato! My ex is likely to come over a couple of days a week to WFH to see Speedy because we're still friends and share the cat but only times it works for everyone!
