En suite room in Big Victorian House

Big beautiful room for rent in a 6-bedroom house with a giant grassy back garden.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, bookcases and a desk.

The room is away from the street with a full en suite toilet, shower and sink.

There is one big shared living room, a kitchen and a dining room, an extra guest bathroom and the big back garden. In the kitchen you share a fridge with one other housemate.

Bills are not included and are split equally by everyone in the house. A cleaner comes every two weeks to keep common areas and bathrooms clean.

You’ll be sharing tenancy with 5 other young professionals. All friendly, aged between 28-35 and enjoy socialising together as well as doing our own things.

Parking space is available on the drive or you can get a permit for the street.

Public transportation is very accessible as Kensal Rise Overground station is 2 mins away, Queens Park station is 20 mins away walking and bus stops are around the corner.

We’re one street back from the high street in Kensal Rise which keeps things really close but also very quiet. Queen’s Park is a 10 min walk the other way which is lovely, and just beyond that is their farmers market every Sunday. Kensal Rise & Queens Park both have lovely shops and cafes and a few restaurants.

Smoking is fine, so long as it's outside

There is construction next door, but this will be finished by the time you move in, give or take a couple of weeks because construction. The hours are 8-6 m-f and 8-1 on Saturdays, but they’re nearly done (it started august 2025 and they’re set to end this July 2026) so they don’t make much noise anymore. Ask any questions you have about this.
