Situated just a 5-minute walk from Kensal Rise station, with Queen’s Park and Kensal Green both around a 15-minute walk away (and Kilburn also easily accessible on foot), the flat is surrounded by fantastic pubs, cafés, restaurants and green spaces. It offers the perfect balance of a peaceful residential neighbourhood while still being brilliantly connected to the rest of London.

The flat has four bedrooms and a spacious, light-filled open-plan living area with lovely views.

About the room

This is a bright, medium-sized double room.

The landlord is very flexible regarding whether the room is furnished or unfurnished. I brought my own bed frame and mattress, so the original bed was removed, but this can easily be put back if needed.

About the housemates

You’ll be living with three wonderful, kind and welcoming women in their late 20s to mid 30s. Everyone is a working professional, and nobody works from home more than two days a week.

The flat has a friendly atmosphere—we’ll often share a glass of wine or catch up together, but everyone has busy lives and respects each other’s space, so there’s never any pressure to socialise.

We keep the flat clean, calm and respectful. This isn’t a party flat; it’s somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming home to.

We’re looking for a female working professional of a similar age who is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay, and who ideally works from home no more than two days a week.

Rent & Bills
* Rent: £871 per month
* Bills: (Council Tax, Water, Energy, WiFi & TV Licence) Approximately £145 per month - this can vary depending on utility costs and usage.

The tenancy renews each June, with any rent review usually discussed around March.

The room is available from 22nd August.
