Double Bedroom for Rent in nice 33+ age house

We are looking for a new housemate to join 5 others in a 5 bedroom house. We are all professionals living there currently with full time jobs (2 boys - English & Scottish and 1 English girl & 2 Kiwi girls). We are all in our 30's and lead pretty independent and busy lives so are hoping to find someone in a similar age-group. Even though there is a number of us in the house, it is not often that we are all together in one room, and when we are there are plenty of laughs. We are all into sports and getting out and doing things and would like to find someone similar. We are all non-smoking.

The house is on multiple stories and has a large retro kitchen with dining table and a massive lounge area. 2 bathrooms and a big sunny backyard, perfect for BBQ's and the odd hot-tub night. There is loads of space for extra storage if needed as we have access to a loft. There is never a queue for a shower or loo.

The available room is a furnished medium-sized double furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and a free-standing wardrobe. It is light and captures the afternoon sun.

We have a flat-cat Molly, who we all share and a little Pug living with us who welcomes us home to the flat every day.

We share the expense of a cleaner who visits 2x/month and the house is kept very clean and tidy in between. We hope that whoever joins us will also have a tendency for cleanliness and to maintain the standard of the rest of those in the house.

The Kensal Rise area is socially very cool, with quirky bars, cafe's and pubs on its' doorstep. Our house is very accessible to the overland 50m away and the Bakerloo line 12mins walk. With multiple bus routes offer quick and efficient transport into the city or Nottinghill, Kensington and Victoria. With the lovely Queen's Park around the corner.

We have broadband with Wifi and a big flat screen TV in the lounge.

Rent is £500 pcm bills exclusive, and usually are about £60 maximum/month. £250 deposit is required."
