I'm the other tenant and prefer to share with a quiet, clean & tidy person.

I have to run the flat as a "fragrance, smoke free space" with the exception of natural essential oils. Im happy to provide all cleaning products, which are eco friendly.

I have a cat, she's friendly, well behaved & tends to stay in the living room.

Im happy to do the first viewing by video and then in person.
