Flat Share in Kensal Rise

Hey!

You would be sharing with myself and Nari. We're freelance creatives. Im a set designer for fashion, advertising and events and Nari is a florist.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The flat is kept very clean and this is important when finding a new flatmate.
The flat is on the 3rd floor which means its super light and airy. The neighbours are mainly families and quiet.
There is a little balcony which is gorgeous in summer.

Location
Super close (5 minutes walk if you're speedy!) to Kensal Rise Overground, Bakerloo Line (equal distance from Kensal Green and Queens Park stations) and ten minutes from Hammersmith and City Line (Ladbroke Grove).
Theres a gym on the doorstep, Regents Canal, Portobello and Goldbourne Road are around the corner and theres a big Sainsbury's just over the bridge.
