Charming double room in Kensal Town/Queen’s Park area - nice garden view, shared bathroom, black-out blinds and lined curtains, and lots of storage. It’s in a family house with shared bathroom and kitchen and living space and garden. You’re welcome to cook/eat/watch tv/wash clothes/enjoy the garden. My son (22 and on way back from uni) and I have a very cute dog and cat, so you need to be pet friendly. I just had the house massively upgraded so everything works and is quite elegant. I work at home part of the week and also sometimes play the piano. We are looking for someone who likes music and is friendly and organised and easy to share space with. If you happen to be an Arsenal fan my son will be happy! There are lots of shops and cafes, a swimming pool on the doorstep, Portobello Road/Notting Hill are a short walk away, and it’s very well connected with tubes (Queens Park) and buses to everywhere. Bills, council tax and wifi included.
