The house is in a quiet and safe area. We like to keep the common areas clean and tidy so we are looking for someone that likes the same.
At the moment, there's only me and one elderly lady who minds her own business and she's very easygoing. We both work most of the day so the house is kept nice and quiet.
We're only looking for female lodgers at the moment. Ideally, no partners to stay overnight and also no pork to be cooked on the premises, please.
