I am a PhD student going abroad for academic visit, so I am advertising this one bedroom inside a three-bedroom property that I have been living here in London. The property is located on the third floor of a terraced house in W10 4RL, which is in Zone 2 of London. There are currently two other flatmates living in it, and both are Master’s students at Imperial College London.

Rent details: The rent for the single bedroom to be let is £950 per month, including heating and hot water. Together with £10 of monthly internet bill, and an average of £30 of monthly electricity + water bill, the total rent for the single bedroom goes to an average of £990 per month.

Furniture: The bedroom is completely furnished (one standard double bed, a chair, a desk, a big wardrobe, a small cabinet), plus I will leave most of the furniture I personally added when I firstly moved in (a dustbin, a big bookshelf for placing items, cloth hangers, a small shoe rack, a folding clothes airer, etc: worth a value of up to £100), so one can move in straight away without any concern!

Location: The property is nicely located in Zone 2 of the great London area, making it convenient to commute or go around in the central region of the city. There is a bus stop right beside the house, for riding buses 18, 28, 228. There are two tube stations, Queen’s Park and Westbourne Park, both of which are 15-min-walking distance away from the house. One can also take a 15-min walk to the west to access more buses (23, 52, 70, 295, 452).

Shopping & Grocery: There are Iceland and Sainsbury Local supermarkets on the east side of the neighborhood, which are not far away; and there is a much bigger Sainsbury on the west, not far away either.
