A sizeable single room is available to rent in a four bedroom flat. Westbourne Park station is a 8-10 minutes walk and Notting hill is 20 minutes away. The closest bus stop is a 30 second walk with connections to central London within 30 minutes. It's a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of shops at 5-8 minutes walk from the flat. The room comes with large single bed, a desk, chair, wardrobe, two small chest of drawers and a full length mirror. The house has a spacious shared living, dining, kitchen and balcony space. There are two toilets (one with a bath) to share. The house has been recently renovated and all the furnishings in the house are new. The bills are not included in the monthly rent and are usually between £80-130 a month, maximum (sometimes lesser in the summer months depending on usage of gas, electricity and water).
