Offered here is a medium-sized, 1st floor, garden-facing room available for 1 male in mixed, professional, mature 5-bed 3-levels house share.
The room is freshy renovated (incl a brand a new mattress) and currently furnished with a double bed and some basic fixtures.
Upon request it can be unfurnished or more fixtures can be also added (free of charge).
Please note - there's no TV or TV license !
We are within 7 mins walk to Queens Park tube, 2 mins to day/night buses on Kilburn Lane and Harrow Road, and 10 mins walk from Kensal Rise Overground.
Moberly Sports Centre (pool, gym, etc) and Tesco Metro is a 6 mins walk, M&S Foodhall is 6 mins walk, and huge Sainsbury’s in Ladbroke Grove is 2 bus stops or 10 mins walk away.
Bars/cafes/restaurants :
7 mins walk to Kensal Rise.
10 mins walk to Queen's Park.
15 mins walk (or 3 bus stops) to Portobello Road/market.
10 mins from the Queens Park green area.
We have a shared lounge room (which is only used for airing clothes and additional storage), a small but sunny garden, outside bicycle storage space, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen (electric stove & oven, toaster, microwave, shake mixer/blender, rice cooker, juice machine, air fryer), and two fridges with freezers.
There's 1 bathroom/toilet and 1 additional toilet both located next to each other on the ground floor.
House bills are not included in the rent.
They amount to £120pcm and cover all utility bills including Council Tax and fast fibre wireless broadband as well as all house consumables such as cleaning products, kitchen/toilet/House supplies.
Currently there are 4 male tenants (Polish, German, Spanish and Irish).
We are all mature professionals working very different times of the day/night/week within transportation, business management, retail, AV tech, entertainment, music, and visual media.
We're all easy-going laid-back people enjoying an occasional drink/smoke.
This is NOT a party house, though, and we do not welcome any social gatherings.
This is a very quiet and safe Home space.
This is not a hotel for the first-come-first-served.
You will be expected to share the common duties keeping the House clean.
If you're a professional, are grown-up, responsible, tidy, organised and considerate, with similar/complementary professional background or general interests to ours - we'd like to hear from you !
We strongly favour a minimum 1 year stay but there's no maximum stay.
