Huge Double Room in nice 2 bed flat

Hi, I am renting the main large double room in my flat and the room is rented from me as a sub-tenancy arrangement (with the blessing of the landlord). Important - please read the whole ad!

The room is quite very large being the main room in the flat. Since the lockdown I spend more time in the country and so use the smaller room, visiting once or twice a month, and renting the main room. I put a few pics of how it's been with a previous flatmates to give a general idea. The room also now has a small sofa in it and it can be made very nice and comfortable with loads of space.

The sitting room is also big, and the flat generally has high ceilings so feels spacious for two people. It is a victorian conversion flat so it has a bit of 'character' which is mainly the bathroom which is bath only (no shower). Female flatmates have successfully used a shower head attachment for hair washing in the past...

The rent is £800 with bills included, Virgin Media TV and energy, except cleaner which is paid cash ad hoc...

I am a 42yr old British native and am building a businesses in drone design...I have a fatigue related health issue (ME/CFS) which means I need to take it easy but it's not noticeable when you meet me. It does mean I prefer a quiet and considerate flatmate though. Since the lockdown and due to drone testing I tend to spend more time outside London, so you will have the place to yourself a lot, so for this reason I'm looking for a responsible and trustworthy person. When I'm around though I enjoy getting to know flatmates and have had some great people stay from over the years who I remain in touch with.

The flat is a great location, being a short walk to both High Street Kensington, and Shepherds Bush inc. Westfield.
