Bright Double Room with Shared Bathroom

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for one person to move into my room and join my flatmate Oriana in a wonderful flat next to Holland Park.

The move in date is anytime from 09 February 2021, the landlord is quite flexible.

There are two furnished rooms available, but this advert is for my room only.

Costs:
- double bedroom for £760pcm excl. Bills
- bills are about £50pcm

You would be joining Oriana, a medical student, who's very easy going, clean and tidy.

We're looking for someone sociable who isn't just there to fill the room. If you like going to the pub every now and again (covid permitting), then that's a good start

Location of the flat is perfect:
-10 minutes walk of Shepherds Bush tube station (Central line) and very close to Holland Park and Hyde Park. Walking distance from lots of nice pubs/restaurants in Notting Hill, Kensington & Westfield shopping centre.

The flat:
The flat is on the top floor of the building which means it's always warm. The place includes a large open-plan kitchen and living area (see pictures), with a comfy sofa and TV (with virgin, Netflix etc)

The kitchen area is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge (+freezer) and plenty of cupboard space.

The room comes with a large cupboard, chest of draws, bedside table and a shared bathroom which includes, shower, toilet, towel rail and hand basin.

Essentially this is a very modern flat, with all the amenities you will need.

Note: there is a £885 deposit which is held by the agency throughout your stay.
