Large king sized room with ensuite in Kensington

Massive king size room with ensuite available in Kensington from this August. The idea move-in date would be the the weekend of the 7/8th August.

Not sure if it shows in the photos & videos but the room is absolutely massive with a kingsize bed, tons of storage, space for 2 desks if you wanted and still more room to even lay down a yoga mat and work out. The bathroom is a full bathroom that even comes with a bidet! An absolute steal for a young professional couple or individual.

About the flat:

The flat is a lovely, bright very spacious 2 bed, 2 bath situated in a lovely Victorian building 10 minutes from Earls Court, High Street Kensington and Kensington Olympia Stations. 5 minute walk to Kensington High Street, 7 minute walk from Holland Park, 15 minutes from Kensington Gardens.

Our rooms would be on opposite ends of the house so perfect for when you want privacy or to take any WFH calls. We have a separate large living room and kitchen which is in the conservatory, includes a dish washer and leads out onto a spacious, south facing roof terrace perfect for having people over winter or summer. There is also a working fireplace in the winter, separate laundry nook with combo washer/dryer, bike shed and extra storage in the building we can access. The road closes after 10:30pm so noise at night is at a minimum. We don't officially have a parking space but one of the other flats in the building is quite happy to let us use it ad hoc as long as we let him know and has offered to rent it if you'd want it long term. The parking permit for the entire Kensington & Chelsea borough also works out to around £100 a year and there's tons of parking around the flat.

Bills are not included and come out to between 100-150 each. We currently also have a weekly cleaner which is another £39/weekly split between the flatmates.

About me:

I am a 28 year old girl from Greece/America/international working in tech & telecoms professional events, now working from home for the foreseeable future. I like to travel home to Greece when I can, and work often takes me on short trips. I moved to the UK 3 years ago and have a great group of friends but looking for people who could become part of that circle too and I can enjoy time, a drink, and a laugh with. I am definitely clean and tidy but not a clean freak. I also come attached at the hip with a small non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog (floof) named Ivy who is super friendly and mostly well-behaved with the occasional desire to bark at the door (but never at late hours!).

About you:

I am ideally looking for a young professional couple or individual to share with. This flat has always been a social place so someone who is cool with having friends over for movie nights or dinner parties and the occasional bbq would be ideal. You would need to be dog friendly for sure. I am looking for someone(s) who is looking to make this place a home and be friends rather than separate people who just happen to live together. My previous flatmates and I would go out for dinners, watch tv together and host bbqs so looking for the same fit.
