Beautiful double room + LARGE en-suite bathroom

As I'm moving countries for work I'm looking for someone to take over this beautiful double room with a large en-suite bathroom just off Kensington High Street. The room is available from 24 February with some flexibility.

ROOM
The room is the master bedroom of the flat. It faces the quiet backyard of the building and has a large window that lets in lots of sunshine and a huge closet with more storage space than I've been able to use. You will also have a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with Victorian-style sink and bathtub armatures all to yourself. It also comes with a large mirror and window, providing lots of light. The room was originally unfurnished but will be let furnished as shown in the photos, including:

double bed frame
pocket-sprung mattress
bedside table
desk
desk chair
desk lamp
tray table
standing lamp

All furniture was bought new 4 months ago and is in mint condition. The furniture is GBP 400. I'm also leaving behind for free lots of useful accessories like cleaning supplies, an ironing board, laundry rack, closet organisers, clothes hangers, and essential cookware and crockery.

ALL-IN BILLS
Bills are ca. GBP 80 per month, including heating, water, electricity, broadband, council tax, and a cleaning service every two weeks.

FLAT
The flat offers a large eat-in kitchen with a gas hob, washer, and dryer. The building feels very safe and neighbours are friendly. The property is managed by Benham & Reeves. Repairs service is fantastic!

FLATMATES
You'll be sharing your new home with Annabel (34), Eva (37), and Alexia (29). They are all very friendly, open, and easy going professionals who like to have a chat at the kitchen table over dinner and a glass of wine.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located at the heart of Kensington and only a few steps off the High Street, there's nothing to be missed. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and one of London's quietest, safest, and prettiest neighbourhoods are waiting to be explored.

Kensington Palace and Kensington Gardens are only a 10-minute walk away (you'll basically have royal neighbours) and Holland Park is just across the road.

A Waitrose is a convenient 1-minute walk away, but there are also a Whole Foods, M&S, a large Sainsbury's and a Tesco Extra nearby.

High Street Kensington station (District and Circle lines) is a 5-minute walk away, and you can get to Earl's Court (District and Piccadilly lines) in about 10 minutes. There are also several bus lines going in all directions departing from the High Street.
