We have two bedrooms available in a large and historically significant Victorian townhouse in the heart of Kensington that is home to a lively Christian community of students and young professionals. The house has two floors of reception rooms for dining and entertainment, a private chapel, 15 bedrooms and access to a beautiful 2-acre landscaped communal garden available only for local residents and their guests. 11 of the bedrooms are currently occupied, and we are now looking for two new residents to join us.

The house is centrally located, a short walk away from Notting Hill Gate and High Street Kensington tube stations, and extremely well-connected by bus as well. The house is flanked by the idyllic Holland Park on the one hand and the sprawling Kensington Palace Gardens on the other, with the famous Portobello Road Market in Notting Hill to its immediate north, and the bustling shopping scene of Kensington High Street and the Museum District to its immediate south. The neighbourhood is known for its excellent restaurants, pubs and attractions, including Kensington Palace, Holland House and Leighton House.

The house is a single household of people living together as a Christian community. The residents meet every Tuesday evening either for a chapel service or for lectures and other activities, and endeavour to meet as often as they can for daily dinners which they take turns to cook. The rates for the available rooms are £1,500 a month (double) or £1,100 a month (single), which includes bills (water, gas and electricity, broadband, council tax), as well as daily breakfasts and most dinners.
