W8 furnished en-suite double room from August

Looking for a new flatmate!

I’m Chiara, 26 and work in financial technology in the city. Looking for a new flatmate to join me in the apartment I’ve been renting since 2022.

This is originally a 3 bed 2 bath but we turned the third bedroom into a separate office.
The flat is fully furnished (own furniture) and fully equipped (vacuum, washer/dryer, kitchen machines, utensils etc.).

The bedroom is overlooking a quiet courtyard and comes with a double bed with storage, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, console table etc. The bathroom would be your own with a bathtub and underfloor heating which is located on the hallway next to the bedroom.

There is a communal garden and the apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a lift.

Location is on a garden square in between Earl‘s Court, High Street Ken and Gloucester Road tube stations. Groceries, shops, gyms etc are all closeby as well.

About me:
I’m originally from Germany but studied abroad for a few years. In my spare time I like to cook, travel and explore the city with friends. I have lived with many roommates along the years and would say I‘m relatively relaxed and quiet.

What I‘m looking for:
- Someone respectful and tidy who cleans up after themselves and can share household responsibilities.
- I’m travelling for work quite frequently and am mostly in the office the other days, ideally my flatmate would also have a regular schedule and not work from home full time.

The shared monthly rent including bills (water, wifi, electricity/heating, installed water softener, garden access) and council tax will be 2.200-2.250 per person.
