Extremely neat and tidy!! High St Kensington

Hi my name is Natasha!

I have an apartment available in the High Street Kensington/Kensington Olympia/Brook Green area. It is a 2 bedroom apartment.

One of the rooms will be available December/January! (My lovely flatmate is moving out after 2 years! I currently live in one of the bedrooms however sometimes if I'm away for long periods I rent my room out)

-The master bedroom has: double bed with full storage underneath, tall double wardrobes to the ceiling, marble desk and chair, mirrors.
-The smaller bedroom has: double bed with full storage underneath, tall double wardrobes to the ceiling, mirrors.

-Living room: Double sofa, dining table and chairs, crosstrainer to work out, if you'd like to work out at home rather than going to the gym, decorative fireplace.

-Kitchen has: clothes washer and dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, agar with oven and hobs, sink, plenty of storage and all the usual amenities.

-Bathroom: Shower with 18 stage water filter (so you're not showering in horrible London water!), in built storage cupboard with lots of shelves, sink etc.

The basement has extra storage which could e. g. store a bicycle

There is pay and display parking on the street outside. If you have a car that you'd like to have your own permanent spot for outside, we can easily get a long term residents car parking permit.

Transport:
5 mins walk to High Street Kensington tube, 5 mins walk to Kensington Olympia station, 7 mins walk to Shepherds Bush tube.
Other tubes close by are Goldhawk rd, Shepherds Bush Market tube. Hammersmith, all within 10 minutes -we're in a great central spot.
Many buses around but there is a bus stand a 2 min walk outside the flat.

Local Amenities:
5 mins to the large Tesco Superstore. Close to Wholefoods. Big Waitrose 7 mins walk away. Westfield 7 mins walk away. Second medium sized Waitrose is a short walk away on High St Kensington. All the amenities, restaurants, retail stores like Zara, H&M etc on High St Kensington and Shepherds Bush Road within a short walk from the flat. There is also a big development currently being built at Kensington Olympia (7 min walk away) with a music theatre, restaurants, bars, (another!) cinema, office spaces and lots more.

There are lots of great amenities around us, but the street itself is really quiet, non-touristy, homey and residential.

Past people I have lived with have always appreciated leaving our living space in a super tidy condition as we really appreciate a really well-kept living space to live in. I'd ideally like to live with someone who is also very tidy. I don't smoke and would prefer someone who doesn't smoke indoors also! (also very neat and I don’t leave clutter lying around the flat to make it tidy for the other person, however your bedroom is your personal space to do as you wish obviously!) and don’t wear shoes indoors so I'd ideally love someone who also wants to keep the flat very clean and tidy.

I work a lot, however when (finally!) not working like to go out for dinner. The flat is a really peaceful quiet environment. I am really reliable, easy to get on with, straightforward and work-focused and so I'n really just looking for people who are decent and similar. I love having the odd brunch together with a flatmate sometimes on a weekend (but totally not a necessity if you're busy etc!) I am very mindful and very much looking for people who are just super friendly and nice, with their own life and friends (and not clingy (!) as I work a lot) and hopefully can catch a drink/dinner together if you fancy!

The bedrooms come furnished but can be unfurnished if you like. And obviously feel free to bring any of your own items!
