Fantastic private room with loads storage

I am renting this amazing and private room 1 min away from West Kesington (District line) tube station and 7 mins from Barons court (Picadilly line).

The flat has 2 large and beautiful rooms (studio type) with shared living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.

The room is very spacious and private, it has a lot of storage and It has a lot of natural light. It is fully furnished with an ottoman bed with more storage underneath.

The rent is 1150: The bills will come apart: 150 that includes water + gas + electricity, WIFI + council tax, cleaner (every 2 weeks or once a month depending), etc.

About me:

I am nice and easy-going, very clean , I work a lot and I am very independent. ( I look for similar)

I am not a party animal and if there is party it is always out of the flat.

I am looking for a person that shares the same: clean and easy to live with, not a party animal, and has a settled situation.

I am looking mostly for a professional with a stable situation but if you are a student we could discuss.
