As a lodger, you share the kitchen, sitting room and roof terrace.

The flat is only a few minutes walk from South Kensington and Gloucester Road stations on the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines.

There are plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs in the area. You can walk to Hyde Park in about 6-7 minutes. The flat is very near all the museums: V&A, Natural History and Science museums. Waitrose and Tesco are also very near on Old Bromton road.

The live-in landlord is a finance manager working from home. I'm looking for a pleasant, clean and tidy flatmate, ideally a professional person working normal business hours.
