Hello,

I live with my two girls (7 and 9, very quiet and well behaved girls:-)) in a beautiful very spacious Mews House between Gloucester Road and Imperial College. I’m looking for a housemate keen to live in a historical, quaint and cosy London town house!!
You will have a new double room, with an ensuite bathroom and a big fitted wardrobe.

The Bedroom: is on the 1st floor with a big en-suite bathroom and a desk. It has a large double bed (160cm). . It is at the behind of the building which is enclosed away from the street and is very quiet at night. I will provide bedding and towels. You ll have a big fitted wardrobe.

The Living Room:
Great sized living area with skylights that provide ample natural light, large windows, very comfortable. Opened kitchen/dining room.

The Kitchen:
Thoughtfully fitted out kitchen which provides all the essentials for solo cooking or sharing. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer all fitted. Cutlery and cookware is already provided.

The Building:
The Mews House is a three story building with your bedroom on the first floor, lounge, kitchen, garage and WC on the ground floor,

The Area:
The area is one of the most sought-after parts of London, with lots going around. You will find plenty to enjoy with and all essential local amenities around the corner.

Imperial College is a one minute walk.
Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, V&A, National History Museum etc are five minutes walk.
Gloucester Road tube is a five minute walk.
South Kensington tube is a seven minute walk.

The Housemate:
i am an interior designer and work from home. My girls are in a famous private school around the corner and are away every week day until 5.30pm.
On the weekends we are most likely out the house exploring London or doing some activities. We also regularly travelling for Holidays.
Not a party animal and expecting the new housemate to be like-minded enjoying the quiet space together.

The desired housemate:
This is a home, not just a house.
Ideally someone that is chilled and not party animal. Ideally a hardworking Imperial student that is focused on study and wants to do well. A hardworking, driven and ambitious professional would also suit the home.
Please no tinder dates or anything like that as it is a family home with two children.

The pet:
We sometimes have a dog at home for a couple of hours or couple of days!, a very cute border collie mix. So pet friends needed!

The Rent:
£1900 per month (double room en suite)

One month security deposit is needed.

All are free and Included in the rent.
A contribution to the cleaning fees is needed.
