Stunning Double Bed in Kensington/Shepherd's Bush

Hi! We are two 26-year-old girls from New Zealand, and we’ve just landed our dream flat on Holland Road. We have just signed our tenancy agreement, and we’re now looking for a third housemate (sorry no couples!) to join us.

About the Flat: The available bedroom is part of a three-bedroom top-floor maisonette, recently refurbished within the last year. The flat has a cute lounge, kitchen and lovely outdoor area, perfect for summer weather or braving winter for outdoor drinks.

The room is cute and cozy, with great natural light. It comes fully furnished with a double bed and a closet. The flat itself is also furnished as shown in the photos (but look a little more personable once we've all moved in!).

About Us: Connaire works in banking as a Compliance Manager, and Yuvika is a Product Manager in tech. We’re both professionals with busy work schedules during the week, but we love to unwind in the evenings with some Grey’s Anatomy or trashy TV. On weekends, you’ll often find us exploring London, at the gym, or out socialising with friends.

We both moved to London this year, so we enjoy discovering local pubs, trying out new restaurants, and making the most of the city.

The flat is not a party house, but we are social and enjoy hosting, having friends over for a few glasses of wine in the weekends. We’re looking for a like-minded professional who’s not just after a place to live but someone who would be keen to join in and create more of a home with us.
