Double room available for a young female professional in two-bedroom flat. Flat is located on the top floor (with lift) of a gated block of ten flats in a tree lined street and is lovely and bright with nice views.

Flatshare will be with another female (aged 30) who is a young professional who works remotely 2-3 days per week. I am looking for a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy lodger who will fill the flat with a warm and peaceful atmosphere.

Double room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, full-length mirror and built in wardrobes. You will have sole use of bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and shared use of the hallway, lounge and kitchen areas.

Rent £1,100 per month including bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence).

Transport Access:
- Within 10 minutes’ walk from Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush stations for easy access to Central Line and Overground.
