Elegant & cozy in the heart of Kensington

Firstly, I am very sad to be saying goodbye to this flat after 4 years of living here (Im moving out with my partner mid-December). The flat is incredible, you wont find anything like it in London, super stylish, located in the heart of Kensington/near Holland Park. Its fully furnished, all the amenities, bills included. And I have two amazing, fun, ambitious, social, and caring housemates who you will get to call your family.

My room is stylish and modern. The beautifully designed space offers a blend of contemporary elegance and cozy comfort. The room is furnished with a queen bed, built in robe, built in bedside tables/lamps, a radiator, hotel styled wallpaper and green velvet curtains to match the bespoke green velvet bed head. Large doors allow natural light to flood in, south facing for sun in the afternoon/evenings, enhancing the airy and spacious feel.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two wonderful flatmates who are friendly, respectful, and always up for a good chat. The communal areas are equally stylish, providing a great space to relax and socialize. We are quite a social flat so we wouldnt want someone who's going to be home all-day/every-day... ideally you would have a good mix of going out & chilling at home. Work wise, we are all hybrid with a couple of days in the office and at home.

Everyone in the flat lives a healthy lifestyle (home cooking/gym/yoga/runs/walks/bike rides). We are all clean and always look after the place really well.

We are looking for a female, young professional, ideally with a Mon-Fri job (hybrid or 5x days in office). Someone who's clean, respectful and lovely to hang out with!

- All bills inc. (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi).
- Shared bathroom with 1x flatmate (the other flatmate has her own ensuite) - bathroom has a shower/bath.
- Queen bed, built-in robe, built-in bedside tables & lamps, radiator.
- Two wall to ceiling window'd doors, opening up onto small balcony.
- South facing for great sunlight all-day round.
- NB: you wont be able to bring any substantial furniture as our place is fully furnished.
