Small cosy 1 bed flat on Kensington

Please read: Hi, I’m moving out and I need someone to take over my lease. The flat is quite small but it’s equipped with everything you need, washing machine, hob, fridge and is also furnished. The area is really good and the price is quite good for the area. I’m moving to another country and I need someone to take over my lease but can be extended if needed. There are requirements however for this flat: you need to pass the agency references: have a valid passport or visa, preferably earn over 50k and not on benefits. References will be asked for.
