I have a room available in my Kensington flat (W8). My previous flatmate has moved in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for someone to replace her. It is available from the beginning of December but we can be flexible.

The flat is modern and was refurbished last month. The flat has wooden flooring throughout, bright living room and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The room comes with a large double bed, desk, and full height built in storage. The flat is a 2 minute walk from High Street Kensington tube station and a 7 minute walk from Earl’s Court tube station. There are some really lovely pubs, restaurants and shops near by. The price per month is £1200 plus monthly bills.

I am a working professional working in the interiors and creative industry.
