The room is in a modern luxury development in Kensington, built five years ago and offering 24/7 security, concierge service, a fully equipped gym, and a swimming pool. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful outlook over Warwick Square’s gardens.

The flat is 61 sqm in total, rooms are 28 sqm and 22 sqm. Excellent transport links are nearby: Earl’s Court station is a 10-minute walk, and Kensington Olympia is 5 minutes away. Heathrow Airport is easy to reach by public transport or car around half an hour.

The location is ideal for enjoying London’s green spaces—Holland Park is a 10-minute walk, and Hyde Park is about 20 minutes away. On a sunny day, it’s a pleasant 30-minute walk to Chelsea and around 40 minutes to Harrods thought Hyde Park.

I am the live-in owner, originally from Latvia, working in law. I travel often and really value a clean, well-kept home and a person whom I can trust my home whole away. This is an apartment for someone who wants a nice calm place to call home, not a social housing, and not be coming in with a list of rules as I want to feel that I am at home.

Reasonable bills included, please note that if you are someone who likes to leave lights on when going out, you’ll need to cover this extra usage.

Any, even “secret”, usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. No locks on the doors inside apartment will be installed, I am the only person living there and so would be sharing home only with me.
