Double Room in Kensington Flat Available Now

Location, location, location! I’m looking to sublet the second room in a 2-bed, 1 ½ bath flat tucked between Kensington Palace and Holland Park. The room is available now but move in date in flexible over the next 6 weeks.. The lease has 9 months remaining (ends March 13th, 2026) and is a great opportunity for someone looking for a medium-term place without committing to a standard 18-month contract. My flatmate has loved living here, but is heading back to the US, so I’m looking for someone to take over his part of the lease.

Flat comes with absolutely everything you'd need. Large TV, Sky (including sports), Xbox, Virgin TV, 1gb internet, air fryer, fancy coffee machine, kitchenware and all kitchen stuff.

The room is a solid double room with great storage and loads of light. His portion of the lease is £1250 a month with bills coming to about £200. The other roommate (me) is a 31-year-old male who works in tech in the city most days during the week. I enjoy coffee, cooking, craft beer and trying out new pubs and restaurant. Also enjoy watching sports on the weekend. Chill guy who is happy to hang out but also respectful of your space. I'm also often away at weekend's visiting my girlfriend in Cheltenham so you'd regularly have the flat to yourself at the weekends.

Again, it’s a fantastic neighborhood. For commuting and shopping, it’s a 5–10-minute walk to the Central Line and District/Circle lines at Notting Hill and Kensington High Street, respectively. You also have incredible access to nature with Hyde Park being a five-minute walk.
