It’s a fantastic area with plenty of shops nearby and the largest Westfield shopping centre in London. If you enjoy nature, there are also great parks for leisurely walks, such as Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. 🙌

The monthly rent is £1,350 plus bills around £180 in summer, a bit higher in wintertime depending on the use of gas and electricity 💡
