*I am looking for a friendly and clean professional flatmate aged 28-40 who generally works full-time in the OFFICE at least 3-4 days or any other industry.

*Not available for people who work from home the whole week.

*a non-smoker in the flat, clean and tidy.
Respectful of others' space and privacy as I am.

*I appreciate someone who is busy with their own life and has a mature understanding of sharing the property.

The flat is conveniently located about equidistant from Holland Park/Shepherd's Bush (Central Line), High Street Kensington, and Kensington Olympia (District Line & Piccadilly Line).

It’s a fantastic area with plenty of shops nearby and the largest Westfield shopping centre in London. If you enjoy nature, there are also great parks for leisurely walks, such as Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. 🙌

**ABOUT THE PRICE**

The monthly rent is £1,400 plus bills around £180 in summer, a bit higher in wintertime depending on the use of gas and electricity 💡

The agency is managing the property efficiently, and we handle all administrative checks, including REFERENCES!
