Bright Double Room in Queen’s Club Gardens

Hi! Myself (Liv) and Claire are looking for a flatmate to replace me our lovely flat based in Queens Club Gardens. I (Liv) have been living in the flat for two years, but will be leaving London in May so am looking for someone to take over my room!
THE ROOM
You would have a large bright double room, with plenty of storage and comfortably space for a king size bed and desk if you WFH. Please note most of the furniture pictured is mine, so you could either come with your own, or I will replace the bed/desk once I leave. Happy to chat more about this!
THE FLAT & FLATMATES
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat, shared only with Claire. We have a lovely south facing living room area, with a large sofa bed if friends/family come to stay. We are on the third/top floor so we benefit from lots of natural light. We also have access to the residents-only shared Garden in the square, which has a tennis court and two large grassy spaces to sit out on during the summer (and on the occasional random warm sunny day!).

Claire (32) will be your other flatmate. Claire is French and is a working professional in sales within the pharmaceutical industry. We have really made the flat feel like a home so we would be looking for someone tidy and easy-going! Claire is a big foodie and loves cooking and swapping restaurant recommendations.

THE AREA
The flat is located minutes away from Barons Court and West Kensington Tube Stations, and within a 10 min walk to gyms/supermarkets.
