Located within a 10-minute walk to Earl's Court, Gloucester Road, and High Street Kensington stations. Close to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens.

The room is available for £1505 per month + bills (roughly £180 a month total). You will be replacing my flatmate, who is moving out in late september but is open to moving out earlier if necessary.

You'll be sharing with just me. I'm happy to be completely out of your way if you prefer your own space, but equally up for a chat or hanging out now and then if that's more your style.
