Female Professional Wanted to Share Beautiful Kens

I am 30 year old Law professional looking for a friendly professional female roommate to share a charming, two bed room Apartment in the heart of Kensington.

The most attractive aspect of this period flat is that it catches the light from both the large living room on the east side, and in both the bedrooms, on the west side. Positioned favorably on the third floor of a four-story apartment building, any sun that shines through the day can be found up here! :)

The apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen, with gas stoves, a large oven and a large refrigerator, as well as a modern washing machine. The room available for rent is a medium sized room with a double bed, bedside table, and closet. The bathroom boasts both a shower and bath, and ample cabinet space. I also recently purchased a fancy tv and blue-ray dvd player (forgive my ignorance for electronics, but they are up-to-date) :).

The apartment is located equidistant from High Street Kensington and Earl's Court Tube Station (5 min walk), and is close to a large Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Marks and Spencers, as well as fantastic high street shopping.

I am looking for a professional who has a full schedule during the week, and enjoys the weekends. I prefer a non-smoker who is fluent in English. It is important for me to have the flat quiet during the weekdays! Otherwise, I am very social and am looking for good company.

Rent will be due the first of the month, with the flat share being on a month to month basis, however my goal is to find a fun and dependable long term room mate!!!
