The three-bedroom flat (over 100 square metres) is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a charming red-brick period building and benefits from a private outdoor terrace with table and chairs, kitchen dining table, super-fast broadband / cable TV, nice furnishings and wood floors.

Complete with dishwasher, washer / dryer and everything needed to make for a comfortable, centrally-located home.

The property consists of three bedrooms / two bathrooms in and the tenant would be sharing with an easy-going professional male/male couple. We're very chilled and easy to get along with, polite, tidy / clean and would make for ideal flatmates.

I'm a Communications Director, originally from Australia and enjoy socialising, traveling, and just chilling with a glass of wine of an evening.

The other flatmate is Italian and works as a graphic designer, who is interested in arts and culture, and video games.

The flat is excellently located close to Kensington Olympia over-ground station (ten minutes to Clapham Junction and connections), a short walk to Westfield mall, Holland Park, Kensington High St, Notting Hill and Hammersmith.

Kensington High St station is about 15 mins walk, Hammersmith, West Kensington and Barons Court stations are about 10 mins on foot.

Buses run frequently from directly outside the complex, easily taking commuters to Knightsbridge, Mayfair, the West End and central London destinations in 30 minutes or so.

The room is available immediately and I'm open to varying lengths of stay depending on your circumstances.
