Charming large room, safe area, close to tube

Hi, I have a light double bedroom available in a characterful flat and area, close to Barons Court tube (Picadilly line) and Kensington Olympia.
Available from 1st August and potentially beforehand if needed.

Good wifi. All bills included.

I recently completed a part-time MSc in Counselling and Coaching and now work as a psychotherapist, coach and positive psychologist supporting medical professionals.
I will be busy online supporting doctors over the next few months.

Flat consists of a large bedroom (for you), little living room/dining area (in the spacious hall!), kitchen (shared), bathroom (shared) and a large living room (where I live/sleep - not shared).
1 or 2 wardrobes are available in the bedroom depending upon your requirements.

The room has been lived in by Denise, for the last year and a half, who is 26 (see her video). She has decided to spend the current period with her parents in Holland. I can arrange for you to Whatsapp with her re any questions. The room was also let temporarily for the last two months to someone called Gaby.

I'm happy to discuss any hygiene concerns you may have during the current period.

A couple of other benefits of the location are:-
Easy access to High St Kensington, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park by foot, bus or bicycle.
Santander bikes around the corner (rental bicycles) and safe cycle routes into central London.
