Hi lovely people out there looking for a room!

We have a very bright and quiet room available for rent.
The flat itself is on the second floor (with a lift) of a pretty Victorian building.
The room for rent has high ceilings, double bed, wardrobe with plenty of storage, space for a desk (the desk in the pics will go with the current flatmate) and overlooks a quiet cul-de-sac containing a residents-only garden.
The bathroom has a bath tub/shower and is shared with just one other person.

The property is located off Gloucester Road, less than 5 minutes from the station with excellent transport links (Piccadilly, District, and Circle lines), and walking distance to Hyde Park and the local South Kensington amenities.

Costs:
-Rent is £1050/month.
-The remaining bills (internet, cleaner, energy, council tax...) run about £175/month.

About us:
We both work Mon-Fri jobs in London and take advantage of what this great city has to offer.

We are social, but don't throw parties in the apartment as we value our calm oasis of a flat within a lively city.

We love the flat and the neighbourhood. The flat is a bit older as you can see from the pictures, but amazing value for the area. We think anyone would love it here. The two remaining flatmates have lived here for 5 years and 2 years respectively.
