It's very central, with a huge acre communal garden that can be accessed from the lounge. We've got a private patio, washer/dryer, smart tv and all the other usual things.
Bills will be roughly around £200 (broadband is included) and you'll be sharing the flat with myself and my boyfriend - we're both very chilled and looking for someone who is clean, tidy and easy to get along with. No pets, no couples.
