It is located on Fulham Road. Only 6 minute's walk to Fulham Broadway station. Next to the Chelsea Pensioner, walking distance from lovely cafes, restaurants, and pubs both on Fulham Road and Kings Road as well as the Chelsea and Westminster hospital.
You can see the Stamford Bridge stadium from the window!

1-minute walk to the petrol station with 24h open Tesco Express, which can be very convenient! Less than a minute walk from the stop of the 24h bus 14 that takes you into the city centre or Putney area.

The room is available ASAP. We are looking for someone to sublet at least until May when our contract is up. An option for a 6 month contract after this is possible with the landlord.

The other 2 tenants are 1 male master's student and 1 female working in the city.

The room is quite luminous, and modern. It has a big desk, ideal for remote work/studying. We have a nice and VERY cozy living room with a very comfy large sofa. The kitchen is also very spacious and modern.

There is cutlery in the kitchen that you can use (so no need to bring your own kitchen stuff).

The flat is on the top floor so not only it is very luminous but you don't hear any neighbour's steps above!

Another fantastic point about this flat is that there are no cheeky agencies involved, we liaise directly with the landlord who is very nice!
