Double bedroom available in our warm and friendly three-bedroom Earl’s Court flat.

The complex itself is located in a beautiful area around Earls Court/High Street Kensington and Holland Park. It is only 5 minutes away from Earls Court station equipped with the Picadilly line and the District line.

Big Tesco 3 minutes away, Waitrose 5 minutes, Sainsbury Local 4 minutes

Lovely and safe (enclosed) building complex with gorgeous courtyard/garden area, perfect for exercise or enjoying a good book. Kind and helpful concierge at front desk to deliver packages and help with small problems (forgot your keys? No problem).

The flat is located on the ground floor, plenty of large windows for natural light.

While we lack a living room, but the kitchen is spacious and lovely for small gatherings and meals together.

Dishwasher (thank god), washing machine, freezer, etc. as well as a TON of storage space. Plenty for each flat member.

We have two closets in the hallway where we have pulled up our luggage and anything else you do not need regularly.

The room

Double bed, quiet, warm, and easy to decorate/make your own.

Lots of storage in two large closets, a standard size desk + chair, small bedside table. The room is comfortable to live in, just needs little bit of personal touch :)

If you want to buy or use any of your own furniture it can be arranged to remove the current items.

The people
---------------

Chiara is 21 and keeps things bubbly and young in this flat. She has her own bathroom so no ques in the morning for you and me! She has a busy but entertaining life as an aspiring actress so feel free to ask her all things about her acting lifestyle. We will treat you together to other occasional aperitivo! Being both Italian, we know how to host and organize great Spritz together.

Lastly, my name is Angelo and I am 31 years old. I like to describe myself as an Italian heart (both of my parents are so look forward to A LOT of pasta) with a German work ethic (born and raised in Mannheim for all you Germans).
I work as a Wholesale Coordinator for your favorite expensive handwash brand (hint it rhymes with ShmAesōp) and will travel to Germany, Switzerland, and Austria frequently - well, once possible.
I have been running a lot to Holland Park and to Tesco to keep me fit but I am looking forward to using the gym in our flat very soon (yes, it's small but we have one!)
I will force you to try my negronis as they are known to be the best in town.
